Launch Notice — Shipping Delays

Please note that orders from our inaugural launch may take up to two weeks to ship. Current disruptions to shipping routes through the Strait of Hormuz, as well as ongoing conflicts affecting Middle East air corridors, are impacting dispatch timelines. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated on your order status.

General Information Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing before receiving tracking information. Orders are processed Sunday through Thursday in line with UAE working days. We do our best to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Please expect slight delays during sale periods due to high demand. Occasional delays with shipping carriers are beyond our control.

Shipping Methods We offer shipping options at checkout. Free shipping automatically applies to orders over AED 1200. High value orders may be sent signature required — if you bypass and pre-sign you are responsible for any missing packages. If you are not home for a signature required delivery we recommend rescheduling with the carrier or arranging collection from a pick up point.

Missing Packages If your package appears lost please contact us at rebecca@epochswim.com and we will do our best to assist. We recommend ensuring your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Customs & Duties For international orders please be aware that customs clearance fees may apply depending on your country. Epoch Swim is not responsible for additional customs fees, duties, or delays caused by customs. We are required by law to disclose the full order value on international packages. If you refuse to pay customs fees and your package is returned to us it will be treated as a return and any incurred fees will be deducted from your refund.

Incorrect Address Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address we will issue store credit less any shipping fees incurred. We do not reship returned packages.
