About Us

Our Founder, Rebecca Vincent was born in India and raised in Dubai, a city that shaped her understanding of ambition, scale and aesthetics.

Later, living in California, she developed a strong connection to the ocean and a lifestyle built around movement, light and water. The contrast between these places, desert and coastline, structure and freedom, became foundational to her perspective.

Before founding Epoch, Rebecca built and ran a vintage clothing business from the ground up. That experience became her education in textiles, construction and longevity. She studied what made certain garments endure, the weight of the fabric, the integrity of the print, the finishing details. It shaped her standards.

What she consistently found missing in swimwear was depth. Many pieces were trend driven, with little reference to history, craft or permanence.

Epoch was created to change that.

The brand draws inspiration from historic artistic civilisations, including regions across the Mediterranean and the Arab world. Each print references a cultural narrative. Each collection is produced in limited quantities. Every piece is handcrafted and finished with 18K gold detailing.

Epoch Swim launched in Dubai in 2026.

It is designed for women who value intention, who see beauty as something built, not borrowed. Women who appreciate art, effort and quality in the things they wear.
