We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

To start a return or exchange, email us at rebecca@epochswim.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery. ❣️

Exchanges & Refunds We accept one-time exchanges, store credit, or refund to your original payment method within 14 days of order delivery on full price items only.

Conditions Returned pieces must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene liners attached and in original packaging. Stained, soiled, scented or unhygienic items will be rejected. We reserve the right to deny any return that shows signs of wear or damage.

Discounts & Sale Items Items purchased at 25% off or more are final sale — no returns or exchanges, no exceptions.

Faulty Items In the rare event of a faulty or damaged item please email us immediately with photos within 72 hours of receiving your order and we will make it right.

Shipping Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not make exceptions to our return policy, even if you email.
