Need to start a return or exchange? Email us at rebecca@epochswim.com with your order number, name, and reason for return within 14 days of delivery and we will guide you through the next steps.

Customer service or general inquiries? Email rebecca@epochswim.com and please include your order number and name in the email and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Missing package? Please first check with neighbors, your building reception, and any doorbell cameras to ensure your package is actually missing. Occasionally packages get misdelivered and are recovered within a day or so. If your package is still missing after these steps please email us at rebecca@epochswim.com with your name and order number in the subject line and we will do our best to assist you.

Unsure of our return policy? Please read our full policy here. As a general overview we offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds on full price items within 14 days of delivery. Items discounted 25% or more are final sale. No returns or exchanges, no exceptions.
